The location was fantastic, with the hotel being very close to the city center and within walking distance to some major touristic attractions in the Mitte district. I found the cleanliness of the hotel to be of a very high standard, and the staff were helpful and friendly. The breakfast provided at the hotel was excellent, with a great range of food options available. the hotel facilities were great, including the convenient luggage lockers and the free bottle of water provided in the room upon check-in.

The hotel was situated in a prime location, close to major tourist attractions such as the museum island. The underground station was just a short walk away, making it convenient to explore the city center. The area itself was very pleasant, with nice restaurants and cafes nearby.

The cleanliness of the room left much to be desired, with dust on the chairs and in the bathroom. It made me question the overall cleanliness of the hotel.

Staff is accommodating, breakfast outstanding, location is brilliant just next door to city attractions as well as an underground station. Mitte district won't disappoint you.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. the location was fantastic, nestled in a cozy and quiet residential neighborhood away from the hustle and bustle of the main streets. It was a peaceful escape after a long day of exploring Berlin's attractions, which were conveniently accessible on foot. Secondly, the staff provided excellent service throughout my stay. They were friendly, helpful, and always willing to assist with any queries or requests. Lastly, the basic amenities in the room were satisfactory, especially the air conditioning which was a relief during the hot summer days. The bathroom was also well-equipped and clean, leaving me feeling refreshed after every shower. Additionally, the breakfast at the nearby bakery was a great touch. It offered a delicious and diverse selection of options, catering to different tastes and even including vegetarian choices.

All in all, I had a wonderful experience at this hotel.

Perfect location, nice building, we appreciated air conditioned rooms. The service at this central hotel was good. Moreover, we parked on site. There was a great restaurant, supermarkets and shops next door. Moreover, b-Flat was 15 minutes' walk away😀

The staff was professional and spoke English, made communication easy. The complimentary bottle of sparkling water each day was a nice touch. The wifi was good and I had no issues with it.
